The Dingle Barn, Littlestown, PA

Historic Gettysburg-Adams County, held its Annual Membership Meeting at the historic G.A.R. Hall on Monday evening,
May 2, 2011.Over 70 people attended the preservation award dinner that was catered by La Cucina.
After president, Curt Musselman's welcome remarks and past president, Chuck Teague's invocation, members and friends were treated to a great Italian meal and the preservation awards ceremonies.

This year's House Award winners were:

   Biglerville, PA
Historic Cashtown Inn, circa 1797
   Jack & Maria Paldino
   Cashtown, PA
Alexander W. Himes House, circa 1888
   Steve & Tina McNaughton
   New Oxford, PA
In addition to the house awards, HGAC gave a Barn Preservation Award and plaque to The Dingle Barn in Littlestown, PA.
The barn is owned by Ethan Dingle.
 
Our appreciation is extended to David and Ellen Sites for their generous sponsorship of the 2011 award plaques, as well as for the last ten years of donating the plaques.
