Our Commitment to Our Donors
Except as required by law, Historic Gettysburg-Adams County Preservation Society, Inc. (HGAC) will not sell, share, or trade our donors’ names or personal information with any other entity, nor send mailings to our donors on behalf of other organizations.
However, unless otherwise requested by the donor, HGAC may publish the names of individual donors in the HGAC's Annual Report and other reported listings. In the case of tribute or memorial gifts, HGAC will provide the names of donors to members of the immediate family unless the donor has requested anonymity. HGAC will not disclose the amount of any gift without the donor’s consent.
This policy applies to all information received by HGAC, both online and offline, on any Platform (‘Platform’, includes the HGAC website and mobile applications), as well as any electronic, written, or oral communications. To the extent any donations are processed through a third-party service provider, our donors’ information will only be used for purposes necessary to process the donation.
